About Us
We are not your average web design firm. We are honest, no-nonsense and hype-free people. We think hard about our work, we work hard when we implement, and we like to build things. We stand behind our word and our promises. We deliver on time, and on budget, which is a rarity in this industry.
We wanted to be a place where our teams would pride themselves on the level of service which we deliver to our clients. In fact, we wanted to care more about the quality of the things we produce than our clients would... we wanted to be artisans and artists, as well as scientists. We built our own company, and our own software according to those principles. We hire people that we feel will not only understand those principles, but will flourish underneath them.
We find that we are usually available seven days a week and around the clock. Our ongoing development is always accessible to our clients, allowing them to monitor and participate in the process via the internet.
In order to sustain such a high level of service, we have to turn to our teams and ask them to deliver much more than other companies expect. We are proud of our team, both as individuals and as a group. Each is dedicated and intelligent, and will go to the mat for our clients.
Our work environment has been carefully considered and nurtured in order to provide a place where software professionals can flourish. Our office is open and no walls in the team area (we do separate the kitchen, dining, recreation, conference rooms), encouraging free movement and instant communication amongst the staff and executive.
At Ipiya, there is no vaporware, and no smoke and mirrors.We've been successful through hard work, being unafraid to embrace new challenges, and by valuing our clients above all else.
